St Oran's School Board
As a state-integrated school, St Oran's College has a Board of Trustees and a Board of Proprietors with separate areas of governance responsibility.
The Board of Trustees' areas of responsibility at St Oran's College include:
Setting the school's strategic direction and targets
Monitoring and reporting those targets
Curriculum management
Policies and procedures
Employment of staff
Protecting the special character of the school, as determined by the Board of Proprietors
Financial and property management (excluding Hutt Valley Presbyterian Girls Incorporated (HVPC) finances and propeties owned and managed by HVPC)
